Junior and Senior High School students of Colegio de las Hijas de Jesus, Inc. listened and participated in a Mental Health Talk with the theme, “Awareness, Empathy, and Action Towards a Healthier State of Mind” as a part of the 90th Jubilee of the school. 

The program was held at the school gymnasium on November 18, 2025 with guest speaker and CHJ alumna Dr. Bernadette M. Arcena, along with other alumni from batch 1981-1985 in the names of Maegarita Salazar Eregia; Joylyn Palacio Soriano; Deborah Landar Sumagaysay; Gemma Diño; Flor Tung; Regie Palencia; Solnor Esperal Demetria; and Pinky Alamo.

The program aims to remind the students the importance of caring for not only their bodies, but their mind and mental well-being as well. It allowed students through active participation to realize when they are struggling and when to rest. Source: The Flame Publication
